Harvest Festival 2023 Community Partner Registration Form 

You are invited to the annual Harvest Festival on September 30, 2023 at LandPaths' Bayer Farm at 1550 West Avenue, Santa Rosa.

Every year hundreds of community members and partners like you head to Bayer Farm for the free and family friendly Harvest Festival to enjoy tours of Bayer Farm, dancing, music, food trucks, a community information fair, fun workshops, Let's Read Outside sessions, crafting with herbs, and more!

You are not required to donate to become a Harvest Festival Community Partner, but you will need to fill out a registration form so that we know you are coming. Registered Community Partners will receive a tabling spot at the Harvest Festival.
