10 am - 1 pm
Leader: Benjamin Bravo
Location: LandPaths' Office - 618 Suite 217 4th St, Santa Rosa, CA 95404
Visit our preserves and view wildlife from the comfort of the LandPaths' office as a Community Scientist!
Learn how to classify wildlife photos and videos recorded at LandPaths' Bohemia Ecological Preserve and Oceansong-Myers preserve! Since 2014, LandPaths volunteers and staff have participated in a Wildlife Camera Program. Help us develop an understanding of the animals present at LandPaths' preserves while connecting people to land!
After attending this informative training, you'll be ready to play an active role as a volunteer, either at home or in the LandPaths office, helping to classify new photos and videos captured on our wildlife cameras. You'll also get a chance to see some great wildlife photos! Maybe even an Elk!
