Who was Marshall Lafferty? A Talk on the Early Years of Lafferty Ranch
11/05/2025 05:30 PM - 07:00 PM PT
Description

You are invited to join LandPaths' Lafferty Ranch docents for a talk on the history of Lafferty Ranch! Presented by Petaluma historian John Sheehy, this is a rare opportunity to hear from a local expert about the early years of this beautiful 270-acre, now publicly-owned property on the west side of Sonoma Mountain.
The talk will take place at the historic Deviled Eggery, on Bodega Highway a few miles west of Petaluma. Parking is limited, so we'll be carpooling from the parking lot between Grocery Outlet and the Exchange Bank on E. Washington Street - 38°14'10.0"N 122°38'20.1"W. This event will be limited to 15 people other than the docents, so please only sign up if you’re sure you can attend!
For more information on Mr. Sheehy’s work, and to read up on Marshall Lafferty, see Mr. Sheehy’s blog at https://petalumahistorian.com.
This event is possible thanks to the City of Petaluma!
