This session is located on the ancestral land of the Wappo people at Rancho Mark West, a historic 120-acre protected property in eastern Santa Rosa. Campers will explore the spring-fed waters, ancient redwoods, oak woodlands, and the resilient and awe-inspiring landscape. Canoe experience on the pond! Theme: Curious Creators: Art in Nature This week, we'll use nature as our canvas and every day will bring a new camp adventure! Drawing inspiration from the glistening creeks, open meadows and bountiful garden, campers will fuel their creativity through hands-on art projects rooted in the natural world. Whether gathering found objects on an adventure hike, water coloring by the creek or crafting in the garden, this week will be filled with community, art, creativity and fun!
